Data we process
When requesting information we process your name, email, company, website if provided, area of interest and message. Do not include sensitive information or unnecessary third-party data. The server may record technical connection and security data to protect the service.
Purposes and legal bases
We handle information and proposal requests as pre-contractual steps at your request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Security and abuse prevention rely on legitimate interests (6(1)(f)); legal duties on 6(1)(c). Optional cookies require consent (6(1)(a)). Submitting the form does not subscribe you to newsletters.
Recipients and transfers
Hosting and email providers may process data on our behalf to deliver the service. We do not sell data. Disclosure may occur where legally required. The platform requires authorised access and separates each company’s contacts and content. Google and social accounts are not connected by default. If the administrator configures OpenAI and a user requests generation, the request, brand context and necessary aggregated metrics are sent to the OpenAI API. Keys are encrypted outside the public directory. Provider terms and applicable international-transfer safeguards must be covered by the processing agreement before third-party data are introduced in production. Marketing contact forms are not sent to AI.
Retention
Requests are retained while being handled and generally up to 12 months after the last interaction if no contract follows, unless another justified reason or duty applies. Contract-related data are retained for the relationship and statutory periods. Technical logs are limited to the period necessary for security.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. Email info@interaktiva.es; identity verification may be requested when necessary. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at www.aepd.es.
AI and automated decisions
Assistant screens and metrics are examples. No automated decisions with legal effects are made. Generations requested from the authenticated workspace use the OpenAI API when configured. Requests, outputs and usage are retained in the company workspace. Outputs are drafts for human review; they do not automatically publish or send campaigns.
Updates
Last updated: 23 October 2026. Access data include name, email, hashed password and action history. Companies must have a lawful basis for contacts and content they upload. Account closure and contractual retention are handled by request to info@interaktiva.es. This policy will be updated when providers or purposes change.
